am a
real estate broker who mainly represents buyers as a buyer's
broker. Most times I can negotiate property purchases with

I have resided in Port A since 1976 and have been buying and selling

hourly fee or a retainer; I only get paid when you purchase a
property. All I ask is that you are serious about getting a
lot,
